Creating truly professional and effective résumés, portfolios, business card designs, and interview preparation sessions requires a cross spectrum of expertise and skill sets. These include but are not limited to the following:
Pedagogy (Teaching Skills)-Teaching the client how to use the product, and teaching the client how to “teach” the interviewer why he should hire, or give a contract to, the client.
Psychology-Understanding how and why people think the way they do then using that information to create products that will appeal to the client and to those to whom the client will submit the products.
Sociology-Understanding the factors that influence society as a whole such as economics, politics, culture, etc., and formulating products that will reflect positively within a variety of societal frameworks.
People Skills-The ability to work with people so that you can formulate a product that works specifically for the client.
Communication Skills-Being a good listener and having the capability to convey information to the client.
Business-Experience in a variety of industries enabling you to both know and understand how the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and contract granting processes actually work, this information can then be conveyed to the client.
Law and Ethics-Knowledge of the civil and criminal ramifications for intentionally or unintentionally presenting incorrect or misleading information. Having the ability to help the client portray himself in the best light possible without engaging in unethical behavior.
Attention to Detail-Having an eye for detail that catches even the slightest inconsistency. Ensuring that the product will match up with how the client wants to be, and will be, presented.
Forward Thinking-Knowing how to think ten steps ahead in terms of how the product will be analyzed by others.
Writing Skills-The ability to produce grammatically correct products free of errors in spelling, punctuation, syntax, and formatting.
Writing Style-The ability to utilize prose in a professional and pleasing manner.
Flexibility-Being able to adjust your approach to each individual so that you can treat each client like the unique person he is, thus enabling you to develop fine-tuned products that are best suited to the client.
Ability to Think Outside the Box-This may sound cliché but is nonetheless true. Creativity and addressing individual needs often requires the ability to think outside the paradigm.
Ability to Think Inside the Box-This is equally true. You must realize that no matter how great your ideas are you are still functioning within the box, vis-à-vis: society. It is important to remember that you still need to function within it.
Continuing Education-Having the prerequisite knowledge and skills is one thing. However, continuing to study and perform research in order to stay up to date on the most recent trends and research in order to prevent stagnation is another.
Neutrality-I have the benefit of being able to conduct a truly independent and unbiased evaluation of you, and your education, training, experience, expertise, etcetera. As such, I am able to provide professional objectivity in helping you determine the right focus.

True Expertise Means Having Been There and Done That
In addition to the hundreds of successful products that I have created, I have education, training, and real world experience in each of the above areas, having taught these subjects along with providing professional consultative services in regards to them. Learning is a lifelong endeavor and I never consider myself to “know enough”. Therefore, I proactively stay up to date on current cultural, social, academic, business, industry, economic, and political trends. I also continue to analyze new research and study each of the topics listed above on an ongoing basis. Finally, having created, designed, written all of the content, and implemented this website myself, it is my hope that this website and its contents serve to further demonstrate the quality of the products and services that I provide.
